Article Categorisation¶

Article Category
The Article category is the way to provide the function or use of the article as such (with Candidate List substances) or complex object (incorporating such articles) that are reported from a harmonised list.
The article category (CN/TARIC code and description) is selected from a set of pre-defined values on a multi-select picklist, based on the integrated Tariff of the European Union – TARIC – list.
Click ECHA TARIC Database to find the TARIC Code for your article. Additional information is available on ECHA website, namely on the SCIP webpage.

Production in European Union Indicate whether or not the article as such or complex object that you are reporting has been produced or assembled in the European Union. Once selected, click Done with Categorization
