Importing your parts into GDX¶

Step 1¶

To load your company parts into your GDX workspace, you populate a simple spreadsheet import template. The template includes your company (internal) part number, description, manufacturer name, and manufacturer part number.

• Download the Part Import Template.
• Populate the template (refer to Import Template Guidelines for important instructions):
  • IPN - Internal (company) Part Number
  • MFN - manufacturer name
  • MPN - Manufacturer Part Number
  • Description - part description
• In the Parts view, click Import Parts. Choose your populated template.

Step 2¶

• Click Upload.

Step 3¶

• Click Next
• Confirm your part information, then click Next

You should now see these parts added to your GDX workspace.
