Safe Use Instructions¶

Provide instructions to ensure the safe use of an article containing a Candidate List substance or a complex object incorporating such articles throughout the whole life cycle including service life, disassembly and waste/recycling stage. This information must enable all actors in the supply chain and consumers to take the appropriate risk management measures to guarantee the safe use of it at the particular stage of lifecycle they interact with the product.
